Who processes your data
The data controller is the owner of the PayFlow service. For any questions about your data, write to info@payflow.team.
What data we collect
- Request form data: name, email, Telegram, company and answers about your business — GEO, model, volumes, payout requirements.
- Account data: email, a password hash (we never store the password itself) and your request history.
- Technical data: IP address, browser type and requested pages — in server logs, to protect against abuse.
- Traffic source: ad tags from the link (UTM) and the landing page — to understand where a request came from.
- Visit statistics — only if you clicked “Accept” in the cookie banner.
Why we use it
- To process your request and match payment methods.
- To contact you about your request.
- To give you access to your merchant account.
- To protect the service from spam and break-ins.
- With your consent — to analyse traffic, improve the site and measure ads.
Legal basis: your consent (when submitting the form and in the cookie banner) and performing your request to match payment methods.
Who we share data with
We do not sell data. Request data is shared with a payment provider only to connect the method you have approved. The site and database are hosted on a server in the Netherlands. If you accepted cookies, visit statistics are processed by: Yandex Metrica (Yandex LLC), Google Analytics (Google LLC).
How long we keep data
We keep your request and account while you use the service and delete them on request. Backups are kept for up to 14 days.
Cookies and local storage
Necessary cookies make the site work and are always set. Analytics and advertising cookies are set only after you click “Accept” in the banner.
