Terms of Service
These terms apply to everyone who uses payflow.team, the merchant dashboard and the PayFlow Telegram bot.
Last updated: October 25, 2026
1. About the service
PayFlow is an information service that matches payment methods and providers to your GEO and business model. The service is owned by the owner of the PayFlow service ("we").
We are not a bank, payment institution or payment agent: we do not accept payments and do not hold or transfer funds of users or their customers. Merchants sign payment processing agreements directly with the chosen provider.
2. Pricing
Matching, requests and the dashboard are free. Merchants pay only the provider's own fees; we add no markup.
3. Requests and matching
By submitting a request you confirm that the information about your company, GEO, niche and volume is accurate and that you are entitled to share it.
Matching results and rates on the website are for reference only and are not a public offer. Final terms, timelines and approval are decided by the provider under its own KYC/KYB checks; we do not guarantee approval.
4. Merchant dashboard
You sign in with your email and password or via Telegram. You are responsible for keeping your password and Telegram account secure and must tell us if someone else gains access.
Keys, merchant IDs and other credentials delivered to the dashboard are for your company only. We store them encrypted.
5. Prohibited use
You may not use the service for activity prohibited by the law of the merchant's country or the country where payments are accepted, for money laundering, terrorist financing or fraud, or to submit other people's data without consent. We may reject a request or close dashboard access if we see signs of such use.
6. Confidentiality
We use the information you provide only for matching and onboarding and share it with selected providers to the extent needed to review your request. See the privacy and cookie policy for details.
7. Liability
The service is provided "as is". We work to keep catalog data up to date but are not liable for changes in provider pricing, rules or decisions, or for losses related to payment systems and banks.
In any case our liability is limited to direct, documented damage caused by our fault.
8. Website content
Texts, articles, the calculator and the design of the website belong to PayFlow. You may quote articles with a link to the source.
9. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; a new version applies from the moment it is published on this page. Questions and claims: info@payflow.team.
